1 These products are warranted by Filmvantage for maintaining solar reflective properties and maintaining laminated when properly installed in accordance with Filmvantage’s instructions on suitable INTERIOR surfaces of glass. If the film fails to comply with the Warranty, Filmvantage will replace the non-conforming or defective film for the purchaser. Filmvantage’s obligation is limited to the cost of the replacement film only. Filmvantage reserves the right to test and/or request the defective film to be sent back to Filmvantage prior to any Warranty replacement.

This Warranty does not cover: normal tear and wear, improper installation, installation on motor coaches, tractors, boats, RV’s, and sunroofs.
This Warranty is void if the product has been subjected to abuse or improper care.
By using this product, you accept Filmvantage shall not be liable for any loss, damage, and violation against any laws or regulations of the State or Country where it is used. In no circumstances shall Filmvantage be liable, whether in tort, contract, or claim, for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or the inability to use this product.
Purchaser’s Obligations:
The Warranty coverage herein is made solely to the original Purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Proof of purchase and proof of identity will be required at the time of Warranty service.
Follow all recommended installation instructions and care instructions.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure in compliance with all applicable laws.
