The District of Columbia tint law saids for car, front doors 70% VLT, rest 50% VLT. For truck, SUV, or Mini Van, front doors 70% VLT, rest 35% VLT. A sun visor strip up to the AS-1 line or 5 inches down in any VLT is allow on the front windshield.
